If you tell us that you no longer wish to receive information from us, we will not send any further material. Condo Help does not disclose your personal information to any third party to enable them to market their products and services. Condo Help is a consulting firm. We provide you with legal information, and we can assist you with understanding and exercising your rights as a condo owner. If we are representing you, we are acting as an advisor not as a lawyer or paralegal.
We do NOT provide legal advice or legal services. If and when you need legal advice or legal services we can refer you to a suitable law firm that can help to take your matters further. All of this will only be done according to your request.

Identification may be required Before we begin work on your behalf, we may require information from you concerning your identity. In addition, for some transactional work or if we are to be representing you, we will require information to verify your identity (to confirm who you are) before the transaction or representation occurs.
Fee estimate
Where our services are billed on an hourly basis, they are billed in quarter-hour increments after the minimum time. We are not guaranteeing that we can accomplish the work for that sum, but are representing to you that in our judgment that amount appears fair and reasonable under the circumstances.
Payment terms
Payment is due on all of our invoices when rendered. If any account is not paid within 30 days, interest will be charged on the outstanding balance at a rate of 18% per annum from the date of the invoice, until paid. You will be charged the applicable taxes.
Governing law and jurisdiction
This Agreement, and all questions relating to its validity, interpretation, performance, and enforcement, is governed by Ontario law without regard to its principles of conflicts of law. In the event that a dispute arises in respect of the Services, you agree that the courts of Ontario shall be the exclusive forums for litigation concerning this agreement. Limitation of liability Except for willful misconduct or gross negligence, in no event shall Condo Help be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, whether by common law or statute, arising from or related to this agreement, in any causes of action of any kind, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
